  : The roof top pool was awesome . Nicely remodeled rooms . We comfortably walked to soldier field and ate at walking distance restaurants. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in this area !

  : The bathroom was very small. You could just get in it. We had to call down for sheets for the sofa bed. On Booking.com we had booked an Executive King Suite to give us more room for a family of 5, however, we were given a double queen room. The front desk said that was what they had for us even when I showed her our confirmation. She was not willing to do anything about it as the price was the same on her screen.The rooftop pool was very bare and had three people in it already who did not look like they wanted to share when we went to take a look. My kids did not want to go in it.

  : The staff were great - friendly and helpful. I was waiting to speak to the front desk staff, and a team member that had obviously finished and was saying goodbye to her colleagues, stopped and wanted to help me. I told her I was fine waiting and she could go. I thought it was great service. I picked this hotel because I could walk here from Union Station and the next morning was a very quick walk to the bus station. There was an on site laundry which was very useful.
  : There is a restaurant on site, but I don't think it is the hotel's restaurant. I'd had a long day and there didn't seem to be a lot of other dining options nearby. I was travelling alone and I didn't want to venture too far on my own. Anyway, the restaurant was awful. Average service and worse food. I wish I'd gotten the noodles or crisps from the hotel foyer, they would've been better.
