  : I loved the location to everything downtown. My husband and I did not rent a car and we were able to get to just about everything that we had planned to do within a 20 minute walk. Navy Pier. 360 Chicago and the Starbucks Reserve to name a few are very close by. The staff was very friendly at check-in. We had an issue with our room being way too hot and they quickly let us know that the AC unit had recently gone out but that they had someone working to restore it. While we did spend two nights hot and sweaty, we enjoyed the stay overall. Breakfast was also very delicious and more upscale than your "traditional" hotel breakfast buffet. We loved our house keeper Estefany. Marisol and Jose at the front desk were also our favorites at the front desk. They were both very welcoming and attentive.
  : The location of the AC vent was terrible. I am not sure who thought it would be a good idea to have a large vent directly in front of the bed. This wasn't a huge issue the first two nights because the air was out but once it came back on I did not enjoy sleeping directly under the vent. We stayed in a corner room so maybe the other rooms are not like that.

  : The location was perfect, walking distance to many places and the neighbourhood was very nice and safe.The room was clean.The staff was very nice and helpful.The breakfast was good and the restaurant was clean and nice.
  : The mattress of the sofa bed was uncomfortable, too thin.There wasn't any safe deposit box in the room.The a/c was broken but we received a reimbursement for the days with no a/c so it was fine.

  : There should have been more amenities in the room for this price point. No wine glasses, no personal care items in the bathroom, etc.
