  : I liked the photos on the website, however the reality was completely different! The location of course is good.
  : Disgusting standards of cleanliness and general upkeep.I will never book a pre-payment hotel again, they ask for the money upfront because they know people won't accept it otherwise.I had to fight to get my money back, the booking was 2 nights at £90.00 per night. This is not a cheap hotel, definitely not good value for money.

  : The room was a disgrace . Tatty old furniture , soiled sheets . Dirty carpets . Damp walls , mould in the bathroom and dirty sink . The place should be condemned

  : For my 2 days visit, it offered everything i could have wanted as an ideal place to stay - excellent location - except for comment below
  : Main disappointment was NO FOOD (hence the 7 instead of 10)A Warning - kitchen can close early meaning you don't get food at the place you are staying - I had been told kitchen closed at 8, I returned at 7 just as kitchen closed.An evening in the hotel was an intrinsic part of my planned stay, to enjoy the ambience of the inn for a relaxed evening, rather than roam the town looking for somewhere - having been exhausted doing just that.It did spoil this aspect of my Chichester visit - a pity for what otherwise would have been the perfect stay
