  : Clean, convenient, great bed and best a/c we have experienced in a while! Staff was friendly and very helpful, room was comfortable, quiet and clean.
  : Limited snack options for late arrivers and no restaurant on property

  : The hotel staff members were excellent. Breakfast and hostess were awesome!
  : 1. The 8pm party was very disturbing. The bass from the music was very unbearable. 2. Room was dark and gloomy . Very clean but very much need for updates. Uncomfortable pillows. 3. Very kind of the hotel clerk to give us a government discount in which was not suffice in comparison to our experience. Spoke with Hotel manager about a room cost wavier. Said she would get back in touch. Credits and refunds are complicated because I used booking.com. However she didnt get back in touch.

  : There was a power outage due to the storms in Tennessee. Both parties had to leave for most of the day. My sister called later that day around 7pm, was told the power was back on. Was instructed to call the front desk if there were any issues. When she returns the elevator still wasn't working my sister was on the 3rd floor. The A/C was still out, no TV and no hot water. Called to the front desk as instructed several times no one ever answered. Walking down 3 flights of stairs and back up wasn't an option. The other party was on the 1st floor, when they returned, they had no power at all. One of my cousins literally got sick due to the stuffiness/being warm in the room. No one answered or was present at the front desk. it was definitely a miserable night. The power came back on around 4ish in the wee hours. It was almost time to wake up.
  : the fact that my family was told there was nothing else they could do and offered 20% discount. We understood there was nothing that could be done about mother nature. We literally only stayed one night but paid for two nights. It was the holiday weekend so that 20% discount well that pretty much only covered the taxes. If someone was at the front desk maybe we all could have been moved to another room that had power if available.

  : I had booked a suite. The pictures show a couch. No couch in the room. It said it was a walk in shower. Nope regular shower tub combo. Really needed the walk in shower since I'm disabled and stepping over the tub is difficult for me.And the tub didn't drain. By the time you got done in the shower it's between your ankles and calves

  : Breakfast items were really going quickly and we were lucky to get what we wanted. A little later in the morning and we would have not been able to get yogurt etc. even though there was over an hour until breakfast was over.
  : Would have liked more fresh fruit selections. My husband did NOT like the coffee maker at all. What happened to the regular coffee maker instead of the pods?

  : We stay at best western pretty much every time we travel. We are second guessing this from now on as we booked 2 rooms and were charged $650 extra per room (that is $1300) . The front desk stated it was a glitch however it's still pending on my credit card which makes us very unhappy. The service desk couldn't tell us any more except it "should" drop off. No paper work could be given to state this so we left the facility paying $1820 for 2 rooms ($520 for the 2 rooms + $1300 unexplainable fees) . This is unacceptable and may be the end of us booking at a best western in the future.

  : The location was great. There was a cracker barrel restaurant very close to the hotel and that was nice. The morning breakfast was really good. The staff kept the food stocked. The room was nice and comfortable.
  : They probably were short on staff perhaps as the trash cans were pretty full in the breakfast/lobby area.
