  : The staff was not very helpful, just disconcerting of visitor issue, all vending machine and ice machine all empty or out of order, we stayed there in 2020 and had the best service ever thats why we came back, not sure if its under different management but the employee where just very lack and no drive to help.We came in early asked for early check in, was told it should be just Little bit, so we went to the restaurant, hr later we checked again still not ready, we sat in lobby for another hr after we were told they would call me when its ready, another 40 min goes by I go back up to the desk as the girls at desk just sat there I asked again then she finally called someone and then said it should of been ready 40 min from first time I asked, then all of a sudden it was ready!So pretty much it was probably ready when we got there, I wont return again your staffing and condition of the hotel have just went down hill and thats very unfortunate! Cause that was going to be our go to every time we come to FloridaAnd we refer to MANY PEOPLE, but I will NOT!Oh and you sell your parking to the public and your own guest dont have a place to parkAnd WHY??? Would you charge me over 100.00 for a water park I dont use?? That should be an option not a added fee after already paying almost 900.00 to stay there! Ridiculous!

  : There was a $32.00 mandatory daily resort fee. You received nothing for the fee . This is place is not a resort. Its an average hotel and should include this mandatory fee in the per night price, instead of adding it when you arrive and stay.

  : i didn't like having the bird on the patio as i was trying to eat breakfast. they are too tame. one took my breakfast slider off of my plate and almost took it out of my hand. being a local i know better than to feed the wildlife.
