  : I was very upset that this hotel was being knocked down in 3 days. a discount should have been given. I also had to call my bank because I was overcharged. the charge never dropped off my account. I tried to show the young lady at the front desk but she really didn’t care that much. She kept telling me they didn’t charge me. The only good thing was the location.

  : This hotel was falling apart the toilet paper holder was duct taped into the wall the bath tub was so rusted i was afraid to get in it. The sliding door to our balcony fell all the way off it was a disaster!! Had to pay extra for my parking 10 a day and then when we were leaving they told us they are shutting down and rebuilding the place wish i could get a refund!!!

  : It is close to the beach. They gave me a discount because they gave me the wrong room. The rest is a nightmare. This hotel should be demolished!!!!
  : When I booked this room I requested Ocean View room instead I got a lot parking view. Additionally the hotel look is deplorable. In my room the bathroom sink was collapsing. The shower walls and door frames was rotten; look like has termites. Faucet handles broken, shower soap dish hanging, The door had hole at the bottom, look like that is the door for mousses and roaches etc. The elevator needs maintenance. THIS HOTEL NEEDS TO BE TORN DOWN OR REMODELED.

  : The building is very old and needs lots of repairs. We walked into ripped carpet on the hallways(tripping hazard). Holes where the bath faucets were. Tub drain broken, toilet paper holder broken, dirty stained sofa. We live in Pasco county and couldn’t stayed the night. We came back home to sleep and returned in the morning to go to the beach and returned the keys on Saturday afternoon. Very disappointed with the room.

  : It provided a minimum of everything- a roof over our head, close to the beach.Overall, I DO NOT recommend this hotel at all for a week long vacation. To stay for a night is okay, but not a week.
  : DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS IT'S FOR ONE NIGHT ONLY!!!!1. Lights weren't working properly. It flickered a lot so we never used the kitchen light. 2. The stove didn't work. 3. TV turned on, but there was no service so it was just a blink screen.4. The floor was wet when we arrived so we kept our shoes on the entire time. 5. The restroom toilet seat is very, very low. Hard to sit on if you're tall since the restroom space is super tight. 6. The telephone does not work so we had to physically walk to talk to the front desk when needed. 7. We went to the front desk and told them about the issues with the lights, stove, faucet not running properly, and telephone. The girl at the front desk mentioned that she will send a maintenance guy to come and check out the issues around our hotel room but no one ever showed up. 8. The sliding door to close the kitchen was hard to pull out and it's even more complicated when trying to push it back. 9. The towels that we kept getting had stains on it which looked very dirty. 10. There's a $10 parking fee per day for each vehicle during the stay. 11. This hotel needs a lot of work on. It's very outdated. The walls are covered with an OLD wall paper that's already peeling off. The restroom's wall had cracks too. 12. a flushable toilet but you'll have to wait 10 minutes in order to flush again.13. Sink did not work properly. Cold knob would work and run but the hot knob will not work with no hot water. Overall, I DO NOT recommend this hotel at all for a week long vacation. To stay for a night is okay, but not a week.
