  : Once we were given the second room the bed was more comfortable and the room was a lot cleaner
  : The first one that we were given which was room 202. The TV did not work it was on channel 3 and it would not change channels from the television or the remote. The AC heater was broken the fan would not even kick on for either the heat or the AC to work. The light in the overhead area for the bathroom was more like a night light than it was an actual light so it could not see to even wash the hands. The bed comforter had stains on it look like it could have been blood stains had cigarette holes in the sheets. And the lamps did not work at all. They also had cockroach sticky pads in the room. When I called the office to find out about these items they would not even pick up I had to actually go down there. However they did make it right and swapped our rooms to room 113 this room was significantly better as well as updated. Almost as if they reserve certain rooms for certain people. So I'm guessing that because I got this room by using booking.com I got the worst room first which I feel is not right at all just because I'm paying a cheaper discounted price don't mean I should have to get a crappy room. Because when I first checked in she asked me if I wanted the top floor or the bottom floor and I asked her if I could have the bottle floor being that we had just drove 12 hours and walking upstairs would be exhausting her reply was oh I'm sorry when you booked up booking.com you actually booked the top room. Which tells me that they gave me the crappier room on purpose. So these are the things I did not like about this day is that we're being judged by the way that we pay.

  : It was cheap and a place to sleep.
  : Room was very dirty. The sheets where dirty. We found old food in the drawers. The place needed to be cleaned. We was glad it was a place to lay our head as we had already been driving 12 hours. However, I would never stay here again.

  : The location was perfect for our trip from Florida to Michigan. It is a short walk to Waffle House. Cleveland TN offered more than I thought it would Red Roof Inn was clean and decorated well and I liked the fridge and microwave and the offer of coffee in the room. Parking was good. The price was incredibly small!
  : I can tell this Red Roof Inn is under construction (dumpster in the back) and perhaps the next time we stay it will improve. However, the beds were very squeaky ... like you can hear every bed in the hotel squeaking. Thankfully, we put the fan on constant and that drowned out the squeaks and the I-75 noise. Our room had electrical issues (no light turned on when we entered the room and we had to figure that out). The bathroom sink did not have a drain plug and the counter looked as though it was falling off the wall. I was bummed the pool was closed.

  : The broken sink, the non working shower, the bathroom over run with mold, stained curtains, deteriorating stairs and columns. Child left unattended in room next to us, front desk well aware and didnt call police.
