  : The staff were lovely. Breakfast was typical continental style. The suite was huge and the bed very comfortable but it was very hot. The swimming pool was lovely to have but could have been cleaner.
  : The air conditioning in the living room doesn't get through to the bedroom so the bedroom is very hot.

  : Lovely chateau with beautiful grounds. We had a downstairs room so not much of a view. Very historic and very clean and comfortable. Nice continental breakfast. I left my phone charger in the room in error and when I contacted the venue they confirmed they had found my charger and kept it for me.
  : Our ferry was delayed by three hours. When we contacted the venue they said there would be nobody to meet us at 9 p.m that evening but gave us the codes to get in. It was very difficult to try to understand how to get to our room and where everything was at night. Luckily we met a lovely couple who helped us find our room. Our room was down in the basement area which is quite dark. Had I know this I would have paid for a room upgrade to be up at ground level where it was not as dark.

  : I have food allergises and they provided special bread. Very pleasant staff and the room was a suite with walk in shower. Bed was very comfortable all for a great price. Highly recommend will definitely return as our #1 pick for Cognac hotel.
  : A bit of a walk to town centre but not too terribly far.
