  : The staff here are outstanding, nothing is too much to ask for, from start to finish, we were allowed to check inn early after explaining our four hour journey that included the one hour ferry crossing. assisted with our breakfast on day one, assisted carrying our "dual" suitcase down the stairs on check out.
  : Somehow ?? we were double booked (two rooms) However we were debited for two rooms BEFORE arriving???we understood that the payment would not be taken untill we arrived ,(unless we cancelled) " PAYMENT TAKEN AT THE PREMISSES" ?? was the booking statement?? so part of the payment had to be refunded. we choose the room over looking the sea, but have to say, the room needs modenising : the main lighting switch being near the door would benifit from a remote switch near to bed`s, there are bedside lamps , but the switch needing fishing out, then we forgot the main switch.The location of the tv /hairdryer in a weird spot as was the tea kettle, with only two plugs available?? lack of storage space in bathroom was a problem for us ,the towel rail being on the oposing wall, and robe hangers , (there was one at the back of the door, and the shower needed a little studying,

  : Breakfast was excellant, plenty of choice, just need to ask for ANYTHING at all , if the hotel have it . plenty of extra tea/coffee supplies for in room. The staff here are fantastic, we requested holding freash sandwitches in the refriderater for us overnight, for an early departure.
  : The general layout of the room was poor! Hairdryer below the television? (altough we "found" another hairdryer when vacating the room)! only two power points available, The bathroom being peticually poor for storage space (shelving)/ robe hooks etc..The shower control would benifit a set of instructions ?? The room would benifit from the main llighting control being located nearer the bedding, (the lighting switch being near the entrance door) although to be fair there were additional lighting each side of the beds BUT you have to fish the push buttons out , as stated the lighting would benifit being centrally located near to the bed`s?? BUT hay how old is the building?

  : All food and staff were very good and the large suite with it's slightly restricted views of the sea was pleasant.The walk-in shower was particulary useful as we are quite elderly but nowhere to put toileteries in shower.
  : The stairs were particulary onerous and a lift is essential. No facilities for drying the towels. No coffe/tea table in the lounge. for second person. No decent sized drawers and wardrobe space was limited.

  : We decided to leave a few days earlier. The staff was very helpful and friendly and gave us a very reasonable refund.
  : Given the price and the description of the room we were hoping for a spacious room where we could sit and enjoy the sea view. Unfortunately, the room was very small and it looked outdated. For these prices you would expect something more. There was only one chair. Standing in front of the window you could indeed see the sea in the distance, but this is not how we define sea view.

  : Lovely comfortable corner room. Breakfast was good, would have liked more choice particularly fruit on the buffet.Parking was difficult on our last evening as there was an event

  : Breakfast was good but staff didn’t always pay attention to requirements & brought them at wrong times. Also needed reminding which was odd as they wrote order down.
  : Bed was so hard & uncomfortable but mentioned to staff & they corrected it by adding another mattress topper. Thought room was looking quite tired. Ensure room is cleaned properly. Empty crisp packet spotted behind headboard (probably still there). Also my wife found an old used plaster on carpet.

  : Located in a quiet area with a nice view of the sea. Town is a short walk away which has multiple bars and restaurants. The bed was comfortable
  : Our room was not cleaned and made prior to our arrival. There were dead flies on the windowsills and the bed wasn’t made. We had to raise these issues to staff on 2 separate occasions (the second being after we realised there were no towels) before the room was adequate enough. This left a bit of an awkward feeling for the rest of our stay at the hotel.
