  : Great living room kitchen space and bedroom. stylish and clean with loads of character and nice touches in keeping with the local area.
  : Hot water ran low for shower. no milk, no shower gel. no local information guide - shops, food, pubs etc. instant coffee not great would be nice to have proper coffee and cafetiere.

  : Great little property in a quiet cul de sac within a 2 minute walk away from the pub, small shop and communal park to walk the 4 legged friend. Great location for visiting local towns such as Dartmouth, Torcross, Totnes and Kingsbridge. Has most of the items needed to make a stay comfortable, even has a TV in the bedroom which was useful.

  : The lock box was convenient, albeit a bit fiddly. The property was nicely presented, and well furnished. The view out of the window of the church was nice, and its proximity to several beaches was good.
  : The blinds (and, where applicable, curtains) kept out the heat of the day, but were insufficient to keep out the sunlight to allow sleep. We would have expected there to be curtains in the bedroom to complement the blinds. It was unclear whether the main light in the upstairs living room was not working or was merely decorative. Per another review that we read beforehand, we took a spare toilet roll; we were glad we did, as we ran out before our week was up.
