  : I have never stayed at a resort with so many amenities. They have live music, kids crafts in the morning, so many pools and everything for the family. Brand new couch in the living room area was so nice! Such a good addition
  : This is the second year I have stayed here and the condo itself in general was a little bit rattier than I remember from last year. It is a beautiful placeAnd you see the beach so well. The front door chain lock was broken/ripped off of the door and I would have really liked that piece of mind. My just-turned-two year old had a tendency of opening the front door and if I were in the bathroom or stepped away from him at any moment he would have been gone. Scary. The handle of the refrigerator was previously broken and superglued together so we were on pins and needles making sure it did not break again and become responsible for the part. Also the sink is sitting on the counter not connected and the particle board shows from certain angles at the bar. Many things need updating and the ice from the maker in the freezer tastes like mildew. Almost all of the dishes were dirty in the cabinet. The hot water was barely hot enough for my liking and it was turned all the way hot in the shower to be comfortable. I would not complain to anyone about these things and it did not put a damper in my trip in any way. We will go again but will probably check out another room next time. But its hard to beat that view and location of the room. More private than most and the balcony sits right in the middle of the pools/lazy river. And please for the love of God get some new mattresses. Me, my husband and 10 year old daughter slept like garbage every night. Very hard and uncomfortable.

  : The location was excellent, the view amazing!!! The pool deck was a great place to sit and unwind after a busy day at the conference. Also enjoyed the full service outside bar.
  : Overall, the facility and especially the unit needs an update. Fresh paint, clean grout, a patio door that opens and closes easily. It would also be nice to have coffee available earlier.

  : I messaged maintenance 3 days in a row asking for a hair dryer . I kept getting the same answer " first thing tomorrow". I never received a hair dryer. Also upon check in the lady was very rude.

  : Location. Walking distance to shops, Boardwalk, pier... Covered parking garage. Strong central air conditioner. Plenty of clear cable TV channels. Private beachfront balcony. Allowed to use facilities and garage for the remainder of the day after checkout.
  : For northerners accustomed to hot water, Hot Water was not "hot" by any standard, let alone "warm" More of a concern relating to washing dishes in the sink or dishwasher. Check out time 10 AM but alarm clock was vulnerable to reset as there were no backup batteries installed.

  : I booked just a few days before we arrived and because of that the price had gone down. I don't know what regular price is but for our cost we had a spectacular stay. I can see why someone would complain about the odor in the bathroom however, I lived in Florida for 4 years and I know that that is how the water smells on beachside. The room was clean. Larger than most other ones I looked at. We had an incredible view. The only thing that I would change would be the fact that it lists a hair dryer and there was not one in the room. We enjoyed the easy access to the beach and they're Lazy River and the child's pool area. Overall it was fantastic!
  : We got stuck in an elevator. Apparently this was an ongoing problem. I requested that signs be put up in the elevator blocked, the person working the desk simply refuse to do it and kept stating that they were working on it. I understood that. But no one should have to be stuck in the elevator even for a few minutes. It's frightening.
