  : Beach was so good and staff was so friendly especially roger the valet guy and sushimeta the waiter in breakfast time and the egyptian girl in the reception, all was so charming and friendly.
  : There is bad smell coming sometimes in the room from the Ac and the bathroom.

  : - good and varied breakfast buffet- very friendly and helpful staff - great housekeeping - location directly on the beach - good wifi
  : - the hallways and rooms are smelly with moisture from the carpet and wall mingling with cheap air conditioning, creating an aroma like old socks. - the rooms are relatively small and outdated. There is no electric plug on each bedside to charge a phone overnight. the automatic lights in the closets are stuck so the light does not always go out. The only way to switch off the hallway-bar light is from the bed master switch. The shower-bath switch leaks. The bid drainage plug leaks so it can hold no water. - loud music at bars, restaurants and pool; this is maybe nice for 16 year-olds, but for adults annoying and loud. - the small pool and beach area are often super crowded, finding free sunbeds is a struggle on weekends. in the pool you are basically rubbing shoulders and touching feet with other swimmers. The outside decor and garden are unattractive. The lobby is sterile like an airport waiting room. - The restaurant quality (Trader Vic's, Italian) is average, not very refined cuisine. - taxis rately come to the hotel entrance. instead, the hotel tries to promote its own cars that are 25-50% more expensive. if you can, use Uber! - the main road "the walk" leading to the hotel is always congested with heavy tradfic, so ordering taxis takes a long time. - the guest crowd is rather unsophisticated (bad manners, feet on lobby chairs, tattoos, etc)
