JA Hotels will send payment link on registered email address depending on the cancellation policy of the booking, to fill in the credit card details for advance payment. Guests are requested to validate their credit card and make payment through payment link received from the hotel.
As part of the experience elevation of The Resort as a family destination, a waterpark feature and splash pad along with a beach bar will be added near Pirates & Mermaid kids club. The installation begins on July 15th with soft opening scheduled for October 15th to be fully operational by 1st November 2022.
