Traveller Type: Traveling as Couple
  : Operators were pleasant , but difficult to understand. During the first night stay my partner became very sick . We left very early the next day . I dropped the keys off because no one was behind the desk early around 6AM and called on the special phone at the front desk. to provide reason for leaving and then Notified Booking about a refund . The lady on the phone at the Hotel said she would check into credit or refunds .
  : I later received a message from Booking reviewing the cancellatioin conditions. Since they did not understand the reason for leaving early I can understand there response . Later called the Hotel and spoke to the same lady who checked us in and reminder her why we had to leave early . She replyed that she already issuded a credit . Now just waiting for Booking to respond with the credit or cancellation results.

  : Nothing.
  : This hotel is old and out of date. Really needs to be brought up to standards. A 2x4 was used to support the sink in the bathroom and forget about using the toilet. The toilet seat was unsecured. In short, never again. Hotel should be torn down.

  : Air conditioning didn't work. Room smelled like cigarette smoke & mold. Old, dirty bed spreads. Dirty fridge.

  : Bed was good. Breakfast was good.
  : No staff at breakfast. Loud next room and over head room noise. Electronic outlets in lamp didn't work. Light above beds didn't work. Towel rack fell apart when hanging Towel.

  : The room was clean but small. A king sized bed was squeezed into the space for a queen.
  : The lack of very slow to non-existent internet.

  : It was clean, with newish carpet, they had good breakfast choices.
  : All rooms are on the upper level, no elevator, so you have to carry your stuff up a narrow stairway, which is not optimal for anyone with any physical difficulties. For this reason we would not stay here again
