A damage deposit of GBP 80 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.
After a booking is made, guests will receive an email from the property with directions and information on key collection.

Guests are requested to tidy and clean the accommodation before their departure, or guests can request this to be done for them for a supplementary charge.

Please note, children over 5 years of age are welcome at the property, but must be included in the total number of guests staying in the reservation.
