  : Location, room size,clean, comfortable, friendly staff, good and well organised breakfast.
  : It's advertised as pet friendly, but you're not allowed pets in bar or dinning room and you are advised to keep pets in the room or dine one at a time if you need to be with your pet, this is something the hotel should make more clear when booking because I would not choose this hotel because of that.

  : Lovely breakfast, great location just 2 minute walk from the promenade. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room clean and comfortable with a great shower.
  : My only very small issue was the pillows were too hard for my liking but that down to personal preference.

  : Breakfast was good and the staff at breakfast were pleasant. Bathroom was recently restyled and was OK (if a little scummy around the shower) though it needed a shelf or somewhere for guests to put their toiletries.
  : The decor was very dated and in need of a refresh. The bed and furniture generally felt old and tired. The wifi is very patchy, which makes it difficult to watch TV (which is based on streaming services such as BBC iPlayer and Netflix). We stayed two nights and the room was not cleaned or towels replaced during our stay. Given the price (which may have been inflated during our stay as we were there at the same time that The Open was on over in Troon), it represents poor value for money.

  : The bed was comfortable.
  : The owner is far too emotional, takes everything personally. If everything is fine, then fine, but if any little thing causes friction/disagreement, then watch out!Bicycle storage is inadequate, and the owner would not allow them in the bedroom (which the other 2 hotels on my trip allowed).
