  : Dealing with this company was a nightmare and Im sorry I booked through them. I booked in March ahead of a trip in September. I first asked about parking at the time of our booking and was given a choice of two places that I would need to download an app for and instructions that would only apply if I had a uk phone number which I dont as Im from Australia. I was asked to fill in separate registration form and download a company app ahead of our arrival which draws on pre paid data allowance. I had understood that booking through booking.com meant that all of the correspondence that I needed would be in one place. I ended up with separate emails and messages in 3 different places so check in instructions were convoluted and confusing. I raised my frustration so Irmina told me in words to the effect that if I didnt like it to &%#+ and go elsewhere and everyone else gets a UK sim. Irmina said that if I wasnt comfortable with the separate registration for and Destiny Scotland app then I didnt need to complete these so I wasnt sure why I was asked in the first place when all of my details are available from booking.com. I had booked a Superior Apartment for 2 adults which said it had a living room. The living room was a couch between two bedside tables in a small room which would be converted to a bedroom had we been 4 people. It seemed to be the same price as for 4 people. I raised this with Irmina but she ignored that message.
