  : Curtains hanging off the rails in the bedroom. Dirty clothes left from previous occupants in the bedroom. Bits in the bath. Half the light bulbs in the lounge didn't work

  : The window seats view of the city. Watching street performers. Spacious apartment. Well equipped kitchen. Comfy beds. Beautiful architecture.
  : There was noise from people leaving a nightclub so it did disturb sleep. Youre bound to get that with such a central location. Totally worth it for where it is. Earplugs would probably eliminate this issue.

  : Stunning location, views over royal mile were wonderful. Flat very clean, comfortable, plenty towels, toiletries, coffee tea etc. Beds very comfortable and plenty room in the living area for the 5 of us staying, never felt we were living on top of each other. In fact planning a return visit to the same flat.

  : The location was EPIC. Modern, spacious and clean. Overlooking the Royal Mile. Safe location close to everything. Took tons of photos and walked everywhere. It was difficult picking up the keys as it is a busy area and you have to pick up from a store. First reaction from the family was AMAZING. On the negative, They should do a walk around prior to renting. One of the curtains was hanging down in the bedroom and a broken chair (past renters should have told them) no one was hurt thank god. It is NOT as advertised. We wanted to cook, but there were no oven mitts, or t-towels and we like to wash dishes as there were six in our family and we ran out of mugs, plates etc. So disappointed ~ NO HOT TUB, called the owner and they said oh no that actually means a spa bath, but the bath is listed further down. Everyone loved the spa bath, the bathroom was spacious and modern There is NO TUMBLE DRYER. We waited to get there to do laundry and were very disappointed. We only had 6 towels and no instructions where other supplies were. We were there for 2 days. There was a dark cupboard with no light bulb in it. Other places we stayed at on our trip labeled closets or were easy to find. Just a note to renters. It is Edinburgh and the streets stay lively till very late and it gets noisy. BUT on the positive side it is a beautiful place, great location, great view, walking distance to everything and it is a very nice safe building
  : The ad is wrong. It says HOT TUB on the first line, there is no tumble dryer either as listed. It does say a spa bath which they had which was great. Better instructions need to be left, they are getting worn. Show where other linen, towels, t towels and especially oven mitts are for people who want to cook
