  : Really lovely, comfortable, neat and tidy apartment, right in the heart of the Old Town. A short walk from many local attractions, great restaurants and transport links (bus stops, tram and train stations, etc)
  : Because of its fantastic location (right in the heart of the tourist district) it can be a little noisy between 07:00 and 22:00 (street cleaners, refuse collection and High Street delivery trucks in the morning and general public / tourist noise throughout the day and into the evening) so if youre a light sleeper who likes to sleep in, this probably isnt the place for you (this would apply to the whole area and not just to the apartment itself) Fortunately, our family are all early birds so we were for the most part, unaffected by this.

  : No heating working on our first night of our stay . It was a very cold weekend and temperatures inside the apartment read -4.5 C . Please note this property does not reimburse . This is poor customer service in my view and I I am very grateful to booking.com who ocredited me with the cost of the first nights accommodation .

  : There was plenty of space, it was bright and had everything one would need for a much longer stay. From the kitchen having enough items to prepare meals, large fridge, dishwasher and washer/dryer. There is a double room and a twin room with plenty wardrobe space. The location was convenient for tourist activities. The bathrooms were modern.
  : We didnt get towels for our second bedroom and despite asking twice they were never delivered. Not sure how the back up service would be if you had problems during the stay. Being on the Royal mile it was very noisy at night shouting and late night revelers, until about 2am and early mornings as delivery trucks and trash trucks were on the go from about 6am. (Mid October stay - would be far worse in summer). The property was on second floor and had a split level of half a floor between entrance and bedrooms and bedrooms and living area so not any good if you had any type of knee or mobility issues. We did not but it was still a bit cumbersome. For a large appartment the bath/shower room and shower room very small and the smallest showers / sinks possible.

  : The location was perfect. The staff was friendly and helpful. The apartment was spacious, well layed out, and beautiful.
  : No air conditioning, so we had to have the windows openand it is very loud at night on the mile.
