  : the location was excellent. close to the meadows and the city. check in was fairly easy and the apartment had all the amenities that we needed.
  : the second bathroom smelt very stale/like sewage and the shower in the master bathroom leaked a lot so it smelt quite mouldy.

  : The bedding wasn't very clean. My wife found hair & stain marks, and sent photos. We were offered new bed sheets which was nice, but we didn't have time to deal with it. We weren't offered any discount or anything else -- not that we expected to receive any compensation, just noting it as fact.

  : The location was great. Easy walk to the High Street, markets, bakery etc. elevator worked well and instructions on where to get the Keyes etc were very good.
  : Beds were tiny (US size full versus an queen) and not comfortable. You could not put a suitcase in the bedroom. We had to put the cases in the living room. The bathrooms did not have a fan or vent or a window to let out the steam. Walls will soon be moldy as it does not dry out. The tub shower door did not have silicone at the bottom so water went down the wall and ran over the floor. There were no extra towels to clean it up. Both bathrooms smell of mold. The lighting in the kitchen and living room is bad. No light over the (hob?) /stovetop so you cannot see to cook. The couch only sits three and there is no other chair etc. the couch is modern and way to low for tall or those over 65 with knee issues. There was 1 hairdryer for 4 people and the only place to use it with a mirror was to stand in the hall. The French Press coffee pot is broken and rusty. One kitchen towel for a four day stay is insufficient. The dish drainer has no underneath Mat to catch the water so it goes all over the counters.
