  : APPARTAMENTOS CASA PALACIO unsatisfactory 1 Description inaccurate and misleading Apt was on first floor, not ground No electric kettle, no highchair, no bidet " city view" was across a narrow lane to a barred window in a high wall - oppressive and not a view IMO 2 Bed linen poor - worn and very thin 3No small / wine glasses, corkscrew, tin opener, bottle opener, told that "we don't supply them" 4poor communications, no reply to my questions on parking 4washing machine did not work 5 Handle on saucepan I had to use to boil water (no kettle) dangerously loose. I repaired this I would appreciate some compensation and correction of the listing regards John Button

  : Great location and it was excellent value for money. The apartment was a good size and suited us as a couple. Comfortable sofa, great washing machine but had to ask for a drying rack for the clothes to dry. I think even with some of the issues the apartment has it is a lovely apartment in a great location and very well priced. Free parking lot a 5-minute walk.
  : We stayed for 1 week and only had 1 rubbish bag, no dishwashing liquid and there was no hot water in the kitchen to clean dishes. For 1 week's stay would have been nice to have 1 extra hand towel and bath mat. The kitchen needs a sharp cooking knife and a chopping board.

  : One of the beds was not confortable at all, but after letting staff know, it was taking care of. Disposing of trash was not not conviniant, the trash dumpster was not near.One thing that was annoying, although save feature, is the 3 doors with, not easy keys to open the two exterior doors and the 3rd door to the apartment.In all, what we liked the best wasThe location. Tried the breakfast /lunch cafe across the street, it was very nice.Overall probably will stay again.A larger tv would be nice.

  : The appartment was not very clean, neither do the towels and bed sheets. When we arrived there was a broken glass bottle on the floor of the terrace (from the previous guests I guess) and a dirty plastic glass...
