: Fast and efficient service, breakfast was well prepared and cooked. Staff were a pleasure to meet and talk to.
: Some items in the room were tired, I.e. the room radiator was non functional and an oil filled portable heater was the rooms source of heating. The shower unit had parts of it missing but was useable.

: Comfortable room, friendly staff good price
: The only thing to mention was that I was the only guest, but since they gave me a great room upgrade I can't complain. It's a quiet season!

: The property was very close to town. Very clean. Also a great breakfast was served in the morning.
: On arrival the key code didnt work, we had to ring up only to be told that it had been changed, only we were not told that it had been changed. The worst part was that it was -3 outside and felt like -6 but there was no heating on anywhere in this property. My family and I have never been so cold before and had to go to bed fully clothed as our room was freezing my husband and daughter went to bed in their coats and hats too. Messaged the property only to be told heating was on and that a guest had maybe turned down the thermostat. Upon investigation in the morning the thermostat wasnt to control the heating but was in fact a thermostat to stop the pipes from freezing. We sat in the breakfast room with our coats and hats on as the heating wasnt on in there either. So, not just our room. Also, there was no hot water from the hot tap in the bathroom sink either. It was too cold to even attempt to try the shower.

: the breakfast was ok and the lady serving was pleasant enough. thats it. that is the only thing i liked about it and I have stayed in some basic places around the world, this place shouldnt be allowed to operate.
: everything. the bed was broken, the room had dead flies in it, the shared bathroom was worse than student accommodation. it was all just a bit grim. my poor daughter was equally traumatized by the amount of spiders hanging about.

: Bed was comfy. Room was clean. Breakfast was freshly cooked to order.
: There was a fusty smell about the hotel. Dining room was very hot. Sausage lacked flavour.

: Hotel was comfortably warm. It was quiet, but we seemed to be the only residents most of the time. Bed comfortable.
: A self service cereals and perhaps a little fresh fruit/yoghurt would have been nice, along with a toaster. We had to ask for everything. Cooked breakfast was OK but ingredients not good quality Staff not rude but a little offhand.

: Satisfactorily but could be improved it it catered for those not wanting a cooked breakfast.
: The internal layout reminded us of hostels that we used when we were much younger, lots of little corridors.
