: Very good location just 900m away from Altererding metro station and then approx. 40min travel by metro. Supermarket is just 200m from the entrance. Apartment is very comfortable, spacious and clean. We enjoyed our stay in Erding/Munich very much!

: The heating couldnt be regulated by the tenant as it was an old school underfloor heating system. The bedrooms were way too hot to sleep in.

: Reasonable value for money, spacious and clean apartment.
: Check in was not the friendliest I've had on this trip and I've traveled across most of Austria and Germany over multiple weeks. The host seemed irritated when I asked for a receipt, but considering payment was in cash it shouldn't be unusual. The front door was electronic and took several minutes to work out (including when the host showed us how it works) and the bedding was made of nylon. The bath towels were in fact hand towels and tiny, and there were no kitchen towels either.
