  : The location. The owner stayed up to let us in as we arrived late and did an early breakfast for us when we left.
  : The attitude of the owner when we queried the amount she charged us which did not tally with Booking.coms website. She became very aggressive and told us to go then relented and charged the amount we had agreed with Booking.com. This was very upsetting for us.No curtains or blinds on windows we had to cover with a bath towel.Bottom bed sheet was like sandpaper.Clutter everywhere knitting machine and mower in hall. The terrace to eat breakfast was full of clutter. It all needed a good tidy up.

  : Location is excellent. Easy walking distance from the bus station. Wonderful views overlooking the river and castle. Great breakfast, not a buffet but a lovely selection of cheese, meat, bread, fruit and yoghurt to set you up for the day.
  : Dining area both indoor and out were untidy with lots of personal and household items.

  : The location is fantastic. In the heart of the old town and at the bank of the river facing the castle. The owner is very kind and helpful.
