  : It’s a cute place! The staff was exceptionally kind! It’s close to RMNP and downtown. You are on the river and can see the mountains.
  : Our room was not quite like it was pictured online. We didn’t have a pull out sofa either. The spas were dirty and the jets didn’t work. The entire place looked much nicer in photographs.

  : World Mark charges extra to access their WiFi. That was a bummer. We also got overcharged, for the taxes, which Booking.com already collected. Now neither one is willing to reimburse us.

Would have liked an opportunity to have a unit more private closer to the river side. The gentleman that checked us in didn't offer any options. We were right by the exit facing the street. and the parking lot.So couldn't comfortably enjoy the outside of the resort.Usually if you're checking in mid week you can sometimes have more options If your a bottom unit expect to hear the upstairs unit. We had 2 different guest changes while we're there. They don't realize they are making so much noise.All the feet traffic
