  : I requested two beds and they supplied that offer. Breakfast was OK. Husband appreciated the waffle maker. Variety of food was minimal. Not like hotel breakfast once was.
  : The air conditioner didn't work.We asked staff to help. He said he knew the AC had been having trouble. He took off the cover and told us all we needed to do was touch the thermostat to help the system recognize a need to start. So that worked for 10 minutes. We weren't going to do that through the night. He also said they had new units at the hotel ready for install but had to wait for these to die first. Does the fact that it doesn't stay on for more than 10 minutes qualify it? We asked to move rooms but told it wasn't possible. So we had to sleep in a room without AC. This room should not have been booked with the knowledge that the AC doesn't work.

  : My recent stay at La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Everett on June 27th was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Upon arrival at 2:00 PM with a group of friends, we found the front desk completely unmanned. A sign directed us to call a number for assistance, but when we did, it rang on the phone sitting unattended at the front desk itself. After waiting for another 10 minutes, we finally managed to get someone's attention from the basement, where they were apparently unaware of our presence.The staff member, whom I later learned was responsible for guest check-ins, was rude and aggressive from the moment we interacted. Despite no signs indicating restricted access, she confronted me aggressively as I approached the basement stairs, accusing me of trespassing. Her behavior continued to be confrontational and unprofessional throughout our interaction.When we finally managed to check in at 3:10 PM (10 minutes late), the same staff member continued to be accusatory and unhelpful. She even went as far as accusing us of trying to access confidential information when we merely checked the view of the lobby through the clearly visible security cameras.Overall, the experience was marred by the unprofessionalism and rudeness of the staff. Leaving the front desk unattended for long periods, accusing guests of felonies, and failing to deliver on basic customer service expectations are all reasons why I cannot recommend staying at La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Everett. The rooms themselves were also not up to par in terms of cleanliness.For anyone considering staying here, I strongly advise against it. There are plenty of other hotels in the area that value their guests and provide a much more pleasant experience.

  : The pool was absolutely not maintained and cloudy which means not enough or no chlorine. The mgr said "the pool is closed for the season because he had no one to maintain it" which was a blatant lie as people and children were swimming in it all day before and there was no signage period. I went to get a water sample and he knocked it out of my hand. Later that same day it was still cloudy and open with people and children swimming. He was SO unprofessional and inexperienced with pools and customer service. I called the health department and sent them pictures and I will be filing a formal complaint with La Quinta corporation. I then end up with a bill on my bank statement that they charged me for a total of 4 nights and yet the manager said that there would only be 1 night charges that I stayed there for 1 night and I now have a separate charge for 3 nights on my statement. This is in retaliation for my Health department complaint and is ILLEGAL! I strongly recommend that La Quinta corporation reach out to me before my attorney reaches out to them.

  : My first impression- dirty area in-and around elevator area. Secondly I found my room clean except broken shower knob. Thirdly dirty floor during breakfast and breakfast not good. Lastly while checking out the morning front desk staff today July 16 was rude to me in front of my kid. Upon asking his name he said why I was asking his name but I asked again since I was staying in hotel then he said Brian.

  : The elevator is the first thing I entered to reach my room. the carpet was dirty and the walls of the elevator were scuffed. It looked old.....first impressions last and it affected my whole evaluation of this LaQuinta location. I have been in other LaQuinta's that were a lot nicer.
