  : The pleasantness and responsiveness of staff was good to spectacular. When we needed help, we got it; or at least we got a reasonable explanation why it wasn't possible. We also found the motel to be a reasonably good value. It was not a ritzy part of town, but we felt safe. Good grocery store across the street.
  : Something we'd read, probably the website, had led us to believe there would be breakfast -- which was not true. It is reasonable not to serve it, but in that case, not to lead us to expect it. The coffee that was served was, frankly, pretty bad; and we found it hit-or-miss whether we could get hot water for tea. There were quirks in the room supplies -- only one set of towels when we are a couple, no alarm clock. But anything we asked about was promptly and cheerfully dealt with.

  : Check in was very easy. The counter person was polite and kind.
  : Where to start. The place was difficult to find and in a really sketchy area. Saw illegal dealings in the parking lot and a room had a gentleman just sitting outside of it on a chair, waiting for customers. I did not feel safe staying there with my 80 yo mother. The whole facility reeked of Lysol. I thought perhaps they had just cleaned but it was overpowering in the main lobby and leaked into our room (which was right above). Our door took some jostling to lock properly. Didn't stay for the "continental breakfast".

  : The front desk attendant gentleman of the night shift. The location of the room.
  : The room was ridiculously filthy. I didn't receive a key card because the machine was broken. The door to my room did not function correctly. Never received extra towels. Cigarette burns on the sheets, blankets and pillows

  : I needed a room to stay for an event the next day, It is a typical 80-90's style motel the check in was quick and prompt, easy access parking and a few steps away from grocerie store and fast food... They have cameras in the parking lot which is a bonus!
  : The bed was springy, meaning you can feel each and every spring and support in it, the water pressure in the shower was quite low but loud. The area around the motel, was a bit seedy with tons of people hanging out at all hours of the night

  : The room was absolutely disgusting. We got in and there was blood and feces on the wall. We ended up cancelling our reservation and staying somewhere else.
