  : I'll start with the fact that the location is really convenient. A clean beach, shops and an embankment are within walking distance. Our vacation was saved by the fact that there were cafes and restaurants across the road. You could have coffee in the morning and have dinner in restaurants in the evening. Towels and bed linen were changed every 2 days when they vacuumed the floors in the room from the beach sand.
  : Our negative experience began with the hotel, when due to certain circumstances, the child could not fly with us. Two days before our arrival, I wrote to the residence for them to change the room from three-bed to two-bed. But they only answered when we had already arrived. At the front desk, I had to pay for three people, although there were two of us. We were promised that the chief will come in the morning and we will solve the issue of refunds and moving to another room. The next morning, when we came back to the reception, the woman "boss", said that we need to solve this issue with Booking, since their children rest for free, she has nothing to do with it and will not return the money, no matter what. Three days later, after my complaint on the site, she sent a letter that for the money we paid for the child (about 300 euros) she includes free breakfasts, which cost 15 euros. Of course, we gave the money to the hotel. Although there were free rooms. Another minus is the very thin walls. I heard all the noises from the stairs, from the neighbouring rooms. Don't fart, don't sneeze! In the evenings there was no light on the stairs, so it was very dangerous, we walked with lanterns. There was some strange old room in the room, which was pushed by the sofa, but the door smelled of mould. Very small rooms. In the room for three guests there were 2 glasses, 1 spoon and one butter knife. Not plates, not forks! There is no air conditioning in the rooms. Just a fan and a ceiling fan that drove the dust. There was no benefit. The shower cabin was leaking. That's why plumbers came to me for 2 days in a row, asking me to look at my bath, because the water flooded the guests on the first floor. In the doorway, when the door is closed, there is a gap in one finger. I could see people walking outside my door and the audibility was even stronger because of it. I'm not talking about safety anymore.
