: Located near the beautiful hills of Chianti (but situated between two very busy roads)
: - super overpriced for what you get- bidet was broken - reception not very friendly - furniture outdated and worn out- room not clean- and the worst: you have to bring your own toiletpaper

: We checked in at last moment late night. The host was kind enough to make the check-in smooth. Overall, comfortable experience. Very functional apartment with all the necessary equipment.

: The hosts were wonderful and so welcoming. We asked for towels and an extra fan and they brought it right away. The room was beautiful. You can tell they are working to update the property. The pool was perfect for a dip to cool off in the evenings after sightseeing. Their little girls and our son (turned 2 the last day we were there) had so much fun. It felt like we were staying at a personal B&B but still had lots of privacy. We will be back!
: Beds could be improved but that is getting picky about things.

: - the accommodation was spacious
: - value for money is a joke! We have stayed 3 nights for a price of EURO 1,179 (ca. EURO 400 per night). Rip off pure and simple! Do not book for anything above EURO 100/night - not worth it! - there was not hot water - the kitchenette was not working so we could not even make ourselves a tea/coffee - no air conditioner and the provided fan was creaking and noisy (keeping us awake) - broken furniture (seats of the chairs fully ripped) - the bar open from 10am with no kitchenette meant that we had to every morning go outside to have a tea/coffee - on-site restaurant permanently closed - swimming pool very shallow (deepest part maybe 1.2m deep) so it is more for children to play rather than for adults to swim - the place is extremely outdated: the things are broken or falling apart, the area does not transpire clean - the reception does not speak English
