  : Our fifth stay at the Girasole camping village and again we were very happy with the restaurants, pools and staff.
  : The Villa was overpriced, very basic and over due for refurbishment.

  : The water park was great, although the Hygiene rules were neither observed nor enforced. The main slide involves an inflatable ring which costs 7 and you cant rent them.
  : Paid 180 for a tired family room in the villa, with some broken bedside lamps, check in was 500m from the villa with no designated parking spot (which I would expect for that price). Check out was 10am and at just after 9 on the Sunday the cleaning staff arrived and were rude when we explained that they were early. I complained at reception but four weeks later, Ive heard nothing and dont expect to. Wont be going back.

  : Big place with lots of facilities. the apartment was very good and clean with very comfortable beds.
  : 1) The reception. its not clear where to go for the checkin from the main road. the sign for checkin is after you turn on the actual road where the reception is. Once there its unclear how to proceed with the checkin. there is a terminal where you collect a ticket but nowhere it states that the online checkin has priority over non-online. I took a number for normal checkin that suggested 7 people were before me for the checkin but waited for about 45 minutes there with literally no progress at all. There was nobody available to ask information to. So I checked the website to understand how to do the online checkin and after navigating a bit I finally was able to checkin online, collecting a new numberfor online checkin and finally was able to get the room key. I wasted almost an hour for this. 2) Lots of facilities could not be used as they close too early. the pools close at 18.00, so does the pharmacy and the supermarket at 20.00. if you arrive after 19.00 like we did due to an accident on the motorway you are pretty much stuck in your room until dinner time. We only needed one night accommodation as a stopover while travelling and thought to pay extra to stay at this place so we could swim and use other facilities but ended up just using the room. Disappointing.

  : We liked the outdoor choice of pools for our grand kids they loved ithem and had great fun each day, they cried when we had to leave for home. The choice of restaurant down in the village was good and they had playground and entertainment each night for both young kids and teenagers. We liked the free little train to bring us back up to our accommodation from the village also as the hills back up are pretty steep.
  : The accommodation is spread all over the big estate and found the train could have stopped in a few other locations as we had to walk down a very dark road at night to get to our accommodation. Some of us are in our golden years and I would not come down that road on my own for sure it was so dark. In some of our accommodation it was bed only no facilities to have a hot drink or eat in this type of accommodation.so we had to head off each morning for breakfast. We were lucky we had family near us as they were 30 of us staying in a few different type of houses and they had kitchens to cook so we had a choice of two houses were our daughters and husband were staying with their kids, so we had lunch and breakfast.here each day. We didn't like the cost of eating at the poolside bara hamburger was 5.50euro and hamburger and chips was 10.50 and you had to wait an hour to be served. Some people had two swims in whilst waiting for their food. Big argument one day over someone got served before these Italian guys. I see some English people asking why was only one guy serving and making food and lots of people over on the other side. I waited for an hour for 4 burgers and 2 salads total cost 48.60, last time going there. Went to supermarket next to it which was good value .

  : beautiful building and scenery. Bed was very comfortable. The air con heating mode was great.
  : Mainly niff naff, but it all adds upThe baby cot was not ready on arrival even though pre-requested. Took a while to turn up. Then the baby mattress delivered was nice and new but didnt fit the cot!It took a while to check in - you are with the main campsite guests. We hadnt realised that we would be checking in at the campsite entrance. It was busy and our booking took some working out by the staff. We then had to wait in the car for sometime for someone to take us to the accommodation. Parking was a trek away on the first night too. No socket in the kitchen for the toaster? We had to unplug the microwave and use the shelf above the fridge - a bit iffy and a bit weird.The bathroom smelt quite badly of drains. We didnt moan as we struggled to find someone to check us out at 0745 in the morning as the main reception seemed closed (even though the Hu campsite time table said it was open)!
