WiFi is available in the hotel rooms and charges are applicable.

Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not needed) and charges may be applicable.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Bed linen and towels are not included in winter for the Budget Studio and for short stays of of less than 6 nights. They are available at an additional cost per person per stay, to be paid directly on site:
- Single sheet set: EUR 8
- Double sheet set: EUR 12
- Towels set: EUR 5

Bed linen and towels are provided for stays of 6 or more nights, except for the Budget Studio.
