Disappointing

  : pros: location, spacious, quiet, separate sleeping quarters with private bathrooms
  : it looks nothing like the pictures. the garden is a disaster, dead plants everywhere and filthy. they need someone to clean it up. there is peeling paint everywhere and the rooms are horribly decorated. the air conditioning did not work in one of the bedrooms. the staff non existent.

  : Great location in the heart of Florence able to walk to everything. The space was huge with 3 separate apartments all connected by the large private courtyard. This layout was perfect for our family stay.
  : The wifi was good majority of the time but would cut out every now and then. Some issues with drainage but I understand this is common in Florence.

  : Great location in the heart of Florence, so close to all of the big attractions. The apartment is spotless and our host was very helpful and informative. There is a great caf (Twist) across the road for coffee and light snacks.
  : Would like to have 3 sets of keys. The front bedroom is a little noisy at night but OK.

  : More space than I expected, multiple common rooms as well as 3 bedrooms/baths. In the heart of Firenze. Staff was very helpful and prompt to answer questions. Clear communication before and during our stay. Great beds and showers. Everything worked although we Americans needed some instruction to operate the washing machine.
  : No elevator. The air conditioning would not function to lower the temperature below 23 degrees C and didnt extend to the bathrooms. The stovetop burners were reluctant to light. No ground pepper! Internet/ WiFi was sporadic. We were told it was Firenze city internet service.

  : location is sensational. met the host on time. did have a bit of a palaver with a broken lock but wasn't anyone's fault and was sorted quickly. hell of a place. highly recommended for big groups of couples or families
  : could 100% do with more kitchen space
