  : Lovely building in a beautiful neighbourhood. Breakfast was served in the garden. Clean and well-serviced.

  : -very clean room and bath room -very nice building and garden Roberto, the host, is very nice. We arrived 30min after check-in time, but it was no problem for Roberto. thank you for your flexibility!!
  : We had the room, which was on ground floor and to the road > every time guests entered the house, it was very loud because of the old door and the guests talking. You also hear the TV from other rooms and footsteps from the 1st floor (like they would jump on the floor) And in the morning, the traffic (I think it is a bus) is very noisy. breakfast > Almost everything was packed in plastic and there were no eggs, no ham, no cheese, no vegetables and the coffee came from a coffee machine We are in Italy and I can understand that traditional Italian breakfast is sweet, but I would highly recommend to offer fresh food and coffee.

  : Great location for the price and free parking on the street. 25 minute walk to Florence centre or 20 minutes on the bus which stops just outside the property. The room was comfortable.
  : The room was at the front of the property beside the main entrance/hallway which was a little busy at times.

Disappointing

  : The amenity is clean, I did not expect it would be so small for the money paid. Locks are good and it was easy to open all three doors.
  : The distance to the city centre is just 3 km but it takes a lot of time to reach it in peak times, it takes at least 30 min... Please keep in mind that there is not only one bus number at the place though the landlord said it is, I lost my train relying on incorrect information. I didn't like the breakfast as it includes a lot of pastry and no protein included. In general, too expensive for a small room with inappropriate breakfast and long trip to the city centre.

  : The bus station was about 2 min walk, and it was very easy to get with the bus to the old city. Roberto was very helpful with providing all the information about how to get there. The parking was for free, which was great, the room was big and very clean. There was air-conditioning and a small mini bar in the room as well. The garden was amazing!! So it was really nice to have our breakfast over there. All together, a very good value for money.
  : The breakfast could have used some vegetables and eggs. It was mainly bread, cakes and pastries.

  : The room was nice and quite big, the bathroom too, I really liked the garden where we had breakfast. The host was also nice.
  : The breakfast was basically what Italian kids eat for breakfast: sweet stuff like cookies, "merendine", croissants, etc., all store-bought, not fresh or homemade. It was fine and all, but it's not for everyone or particularly healthy.
