  : The location is fabulous! It was, however, very difficult to get a taxi to/from the apartment and the airport.
  : We had over 24 hours without hot water. The 3-floor walkup was unexpected. It was 120+ footsteps from the entry of the building to the room. Finding the room was also a real challenge since it was behind a door marked "staff only."

  : Good location - very central. It is full disclosure that theres a lot of stairs and that the check is not very easy, although it seems to be.
  : A bit pricey for a single private room

  : The room was good to spend a couple of days, especially considering the location.
  : Had some issues with AC unit remote controller, happily it was fixed next morning. The beds could have been a bit heavier so they wouldn't move on the floor just because of lying on them. And the infamous gigantic staircase...

  : Location, bed & wifi all good.
  : The access code to the front street door and door to the flats entrance hall worked easily. However, the lock on my room door was another more complicated matter. To open it l needed to click on a link hotel supplied in an email then turn a knob with a keyboard under the door handle (already complicated). You'll need wifi to do this. But it was extremely cumbersome, frustrating and just a gadget someone clearly liked. Not easy or practical. After 3 flights of stairs (no lift but luckily l'm fit) and a long day shopping, sightseeing the instructions from Italian into English were quite poor. Even the supplied video didn't fully explain it properly. Took me 10 mins to get into my room after calling them. No instructions on whether to turn the knob left or right so had to call and ask. Left, right, push in or out?! No idea why there was a long number supplied after clicking the link which saw me adding the link number to the keyboard on the knob which l didn't need to do. Lots of unecessary information not enough for swift access to your room. Just make it simple like the front door. Mold or a leak on the bedroom wall. Shower too small. Hallway lighting is unacceptable and potentially dangerous as its extremely dark with not enough light switches.
