  : Everything seems very dubios and untrustworthy even we never meet!! When we arrived we had to went somewhere else to get the Key but then refuse to give the code only after get some private date.Later refused the payment- method she offers and try to kick us out(with litte child) and treat to call the police(not sure what for)Refuse to give a recipe when pay in cash- then refuse to come to get the cash. Yelled at us via texting and send pictures of private data from other clients like phonenumbers, paypaladdress and even bankaccounts(as proof that others did pay like that)No recommendation this is very strange dont book this or other Appartements from this Person

  : Location was nice and easy to find. and the bed was comfortable. The shower was tiny but i think that it considering that most people will spend most of the time in Florence anyway the apartment being a bit meh is really not a bummer. I struggled to write the review as it wasnt bad but also not fantastic. very much OK.
  : The apartment overall isnt anything to write home about and people have definitely smoked inside as that was the main smell that we were met with upon entry. All in all not the worst definitely doable.

  : Good location, easy communication with the host
  : The bed is old and smelled really bad woke up at night several times because of the smell of the bed. The the bedroom had only one small bedlight working no light bulbs in the other lamps.

  : the studio is large enough with full kitchen stuff. everything is clean. the owner gave enough guide before checking in and keep the support throughout the stay.
  : We expect a washing machine before arriving but unfortunately its broken. Not a big deal though.

  : Perfect location for the tram station (Leopoldo). It has all the necessities, but not always in a very good state.
