: A wonderful place to stay in a great location close to the Domo and Accademia This gem of a place was a real delight. The view from our room over the roof tops of Florence was amazing.

: The staff was amazing and jumped at the chance to help us with any part of our stay. The location was fantastic, only a block away from the statue of David! Would definitely return.

: The facility is super clean, the owner is super nice and the staff are really friendly. They are generous, offering free drinks during the day.
: 1. Charged twice, it could be much smoother by charging one time on booking.com, however they charged me on booking and asked me to pay at the property. I had to wait for like one month and after a lot of follow ups with booking to get my money back. And since i am using my Dubai cards with AED currency i lost more money upon deducting and refunding as exchange charge by my bank. Also lost one more upon paying at the property. 2. The room should have direct view on the Cathedral of Florence and thats what i paid for, however i had to open the window and get my head out of it to see it. There was another room with direct view on the Cathedral but it was equipped already. View does not match photos.

: Great location, comfortable bed and lovely facilities. The host was really kind and always available offering tea/coffee/water. The communal lounge and kitchen was an extra nice touch. We could grab water, coffee, etc whenever we wanted. Also, the croissants in the morning was a lovely touch.
