  : The location was excellent: quiet, convenient to the beach, and the Water Taxi will stop at the property on request. The front desk was amazingly helpful and friendly. The kitchen was great to have and fully stocked with everything we needed. The bathroom was large, clean, and a great shower. The living room was comfortable and with a large TV; thanks for including a list of what channel;s corresponded to what stations,as this is needed when traveling and often overlooked.
  : We had a little trouble using the lock, but the staff came quickly to help us. We also had some difficulty properly adjusting the HVAC, but we were leaving and never had to find out what we were doing wrong.

  : I enjoyed the location of the property. It's a couple blocks from the beach (short walk) but right on the inter-coastal waterway. I was in room 12 and although the property is older in style, the interior was remodeled and very comfortable. It had a bedroom, kitchen area and separate sitting area with a couch and chair. The bed was comfortable and it had all the comforts of home. It was a quiet property and if you wanted to ride the water taxi, you could board the boat at the dock. No real complaints.
  : There wasn't much I didn't like. If I had to be picky I'd have to say the toilet in the bathroom, for a guy to sit down, was a little tight. Also I'm a person who, in my own home, doesn't wear shoes inside so I tend to keep my floors spotless. I found the bottoms of my feet getting dirty walking around inside the unit so I think the washing or vacuuming of the floor needs more attention. Maybe it was just my room but it really wasn't worth complaining as I just washed my feet often. Lastly, be mindful the office hours are limited but I found the staff to be very accommodating.
