  : When you first pull up it doesn’t look like much. I wouldn’t exactly call it a resort more like a motel or apartment complex.The location to the beach was great. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The unit we had was full of everything you need.
  : The Ac unit in our room went out on the second night. Of course that’s not fun in Florida heat. They were very diligent about getting the situation handled in a timely manner.

  : they canceled for no reason after confirming the booking and receiving the payment, even though they were not fully booked as they said on the phone. ???????
  : The building looked like those shabby, unsafe, dirty motels as you see in american movies.The cancellation was a blessing after we found a much better place for less money

  : Overall, the entire facility was a great experience. The room was a perfect, comfortable fit for us. The management was VERY helpful, accommodating our request and polite. We will be a return stay in 2025.
  : While we were in the the room, the maintenance people came in and switched the bed mattress on the single beds. We were told that housekeeping would be in to change and make up the bed. When we returned at 9pm, the beds were still not made up. Bed linens were still on the floor. No one had been in our room.

  : The pool was nice and location was okay. My kids enjoyed having their own room.
  : The pillows were uncomfortable. I did not read where there was an uncharge for house keeping daily, if wanted. For the price house keeping should be daily, no charge. They collect dirty towels on Wednesday which was annoying when we checked in on a Sunday. Pool towels cannot be exchanged. Elevator was broke most of our stay..

  : Great localization, just a couple minutes walk to the beach. The pool and hot tub were great as well. The included parking was also a huge bonus.
  : The property is a little run down, and in desperate need of upgrading. There is also an infestation of ants and other insects everywhere. The water is brown, but according to the staff, it is due to the Fort Lauderdale Water Company that adds chemicals to the water, rather than it being the hotels issue. BE AWARE, the guy that runs this place is going to try and sell you on a time share, and will definitely be forcing the issue on you.

  : Location was walking distance to the beach and restaurants. There was a laundry facility we used. The bed was really comfortable!
  : WiFi sucks. We arrived on Friday and checked in right around 4. Upon checking in, the staff was nice but they failed to inform us about the WiFi issue. It wasn’t until we got in the room, realized there was an issue, so I had to call using my cellphone because dialing 0 did not work on the room phone. I Informed the lady about the WiFi, to which she stated “oh yeah it’s not working it’s been going in and out and someone will be coming on Monday to check it.” Yet you failed to inform us when we checked in. We stayed 3 nights and didn’t get to actually relax and watch tv until the last night after coming back from sightseeing and swimming. We stayed on the bottom floor and didn’t realize the dumpster was next to our room, which was disgusting. The occupants upstairs were loud and moving around until almost 2am. The walls are so thin, you can hear a drop of a pin or coin (literally). They were so rude and failed to be considerate of the time of day and other tenants. Not the “resort’s” fault, but definitely an older building. We also saw a a rat entering the pool gate , lol. I wouldn’t call this a resort, an apartment or motel. But it was nice to have a fridge.
