  : Me and my family did not like anything from this property.
  : Everything. We arrived after going to the park, and when we did, we checked in with the manager and was told the pool was open from 10 to 10. Next me and my family and I tried to figure our way around because there was only one elevator working in the back. We got to our room, and our room was 80 degrees. So we were too hot to stay in the room, so we wanted to go to the pool and to just find out the pool was green and caution tape wrapped around it. Afterward, we went back up to the room, disappointed, and had to take a cold shower. They we walked to Wendy's just to find out there is no dine in, so then we had to walk back to our car just to drive over there to go to the drive-through. Next, we went back up to the room where my family was too scared to take the only elevator up to our room because it kept getting stuck. After we got back to our room, we tried to eat and watch TV just to find out our tv one worked on 1 channel. All the rest were Spanish. We tried to call the front desk phones, didn't work, the clock didn't work, and the beds were hard. The room had a smell. We told the kids to let's go back to the park, so we got downstairs, and I saw the manager, and I had to inform him of the pool and issues, and nothing was done. After we went to the park, we got back and went to sleep, where the beds were so hard that I had to sleep on the floor because of my back issues. Finally, we woke up and had the worst ever nastiest breakfast ever. Where we just threw it out and left and drove 3 hours back home...........If I were you, save your money, drive 15 20 minutes down the road, and find a better place. Me and my family and friends will never stay at this property ever again. 0 star for everything. This place needs to be revamped and fired everyone and restarted to train and build a better welcome place for families to enjoy.

  : Mickey at the front desk was very cordial, location was perfect and breakfast selections were good.

  : Breakfast and the location to Carowinds were the good things
  : It was run down. Out of 3 elevators only one worked. The pool was closed down and no signs of wanting it to get clean. The rooms were small with a very tiny bathroom. The bathroom had mold and the toilet was loose. Left hairs from the previous guests. The matress of the bed was very old with a ' hole' in the middle. We will never go back again.

  : Well I was lied to over the phone told the pool was open and so I booked a more expensive room so I could be pool side and once I got there asked front desk if it was open they said no it was closed because of storms went out and pool was full of green algae which was a lie but was told it was open was very upset so where my kids

  : Breakfast was good. The ladies cleaning the tables and making sure none of the food ran out was very polite.
  : The pool, looked nasty and cloudy. You are unable to see the bottom. Chairs out side were broken. AC unit above our door going to the pool area was leaking water down so you are unable to sit by the door without getting wet.

  : There was no WiFi and I had a kid with me that was a diabetic and has a Dexcon that wasn’t working because no WiFi I had to use my hotspot on my phone for all the days I was there
