  : When I show up to sign in. They look at me like they don't want to attend my self. Because I was with my job close. And they started on me. And when I aske for the Wifi password they don't give to me. They also tell me that I can only stay there for 3 night because for the next day they was all sold out.
  : I have my reservation for extra king size bed for 3 people. A d They charge for. And they give me at King size bed. Small suit. That TV. Remote control don't work. That mini fridge has a lot of water drainage in. They don't served Breakfast and they charge for. And the meeting room don't have any computer.paper or pen. And they don't even have paper- and pen on the suit. That Manager general only tested good when I tell her I was working for some important company. And also she told me son she started working there they don't served Breakfast. And also I don't know how she take it my Master Card. Information. She changed on my Master Card. And when I tell her I want to stay over again she told me that my MasterCard don't go through. And on my Visa debit card I don't have a ought to. And she take it my Master Card and they don't give back to me. And I want my card back How I can get it back. And also the people who's Working there it's un respectful when you have the sight on the door. They just letting go hard others suits doors. And they don't have patience for when you check out. They just passed away from where you stay. And they go and check out if you still there at the parking lot. I want my money back. And my Master Card. my stadi in there was at desaster.

  : My family and friends came to Van Buren for a youth football tournament. We really enjoyed our stay and the rooms was really affordable, clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. When we come back to the Ft Smith area,we will definitely stay at welcome suites.
  : They was unable to serve breakfast at the time of our stay, but they are working on it.
