  : It was a short walk from the central station and the wifi was good.
  : The rooms smelled like smoke, the neighboorhood was bad and there was no breakfast provided.

  : The staff were pleasant and friendly. There was 24 hour reception. The heating worked.
  : The whole place needs to be smartened up. Dirty marks on the walls. Ancient TV. Location convenient for main station and trams but very unpleasant.

  : After reading all the reviews i was surprised how clean it was. Room smelled ok. Personel was always friendly.
  : Matress was pretty worn down and should get replaced. Nothing the Hotel can do something about but people also smoke in non smoking rooms and put out their cigarettes everywhere, therefore there is burnmarks on basically anything. Bahnhofviertel seems to get worse and worse with addicts everywhere.

  : It was close to the train station and surprisingly quiet at night
  : I had reservations via booking.com. On the day of I received an email that my credit card did not go through. I put in a different one and received another email that it was successfully updated. When I showed up, I was told rudely that my reservation was gone, because of the credit card problem. I showed my second email but somehow the whole thing was still my fault. I ended up paying almost double for another room and on top of that told I was being quarrelsome. I knew this had to be a dump in the red light district of town, but thats no reason to be this rude. For the price I had reserved, it might have been somewhat OK, but with this reception they deserve a bad review.
