  : when i checked in, i paid 100 euros for the deposit. the receiption told me that will be refund to my card by 7 working days, but until now not yet refund. then i sent email and message to the hotel, no response. when i called the receiption, they picked the call, but don't talked to me, it's very diffcult to handle this issue and very disappoint

  : Nobody ever picked up the phone when I tried to contact them about our arrival and a question related our arrival.Staff was generally friendly, but somehow disinterested.We were treated like we were an unwanted disturbance, because the German National soccer team was accommodated there, preparing for the game against Switzerland in the evening.Woman in the reception on the 15th floor was strange. When we rang the bell to get in, she opened the door and looked at us like we were some lower class people. When we said, we have a room there, she let us in, but the whole situation was very strange. Nobody ever asked us for a passport or something. They just wanted us to get off their backs.Nobody above 14th floor spoke German in Germany.Balcony had only glass railing. If you are afraid of heights, do not get a room with balcony.
