  : The location was in good proximity to a large supermarket so it was easy to buy groceries and essentials, and it was a 1 min walking distance from the tram stop.
  : - When I called the property when I reserved a month before my stay, I asked to have a quiet room as the hotel is right next to the train station, the operator told me she would be able to do it, come to find out the day of check in that my room is straight facing the train station, I called to ask about it they told me that the reservation system is automated and they cannot change it.- The internet was really bad, it kept cutting off every now and then, so I had to use my 4G most of my stay, and when I contacted them regarding this problem multiple times they kept telling me to prove it by doing internet test and whenever I tell them they answer by saying: we will check it. And then nothing was done about it.- one day the coffee machine, fridge, kettle stopped working, and when I contacted them about it, it took 2 days to send someone to fix it and the food I had in the fridge went bad and I had it throw the food out. When I returned home after they supposedly fixed it I find out the coffee machine is still not working, and it took them an additional 2-3 days to fix it although they told me they will send someone asap to fix it.- The customer care was not that good, one time the guy on the phone closed the line in my face, sometimes they do not answer on their WhatsApp customer care.- They state they have cutlery and kitchen gadgets, but I had ONE knife, ONE spoon, ONE fork.- So all over all I cannot recommend this stay, and I will definitely not be back to stay with them on my next stay at Frankfurt.

  : Location is fine, the fridge has a decent size. There was a microwave in the room.
  : I was very unlucky with the room. The bathroom sink started leaking since check-in, after multiple requests and tedious communication with the remote staff. it was fixed on the third day of my stay. Whoever fixed the sink left the bathroom dirty and used a clean towel to wipe the floor and leave it there!There weren't enough plugs to connect any work devices near the table. The TV was not connected properly and therefore didn't work.Will not be booking this facility again.

  : Check in was very smooth Nice and clean i like that they welcome me with chips beer and lemonade Also they give u coffee tea and water!! I liked the balcony view Also very close to tram and metro that goes to the center Next to supermarket thats has everything! I read previous comments about the noise of the train but is really no problem if you close the window!Also they give you earplugs but you don't need them!!
  : Bed was more soft for my taste and the soundproofing of the other apartments not so good

  : I like the fact that the place was next to a supermarket. There's a coffee machine in the ktichen, which I put to good use. However, there were just a few pods. There was also one toilet paper roll for the whole of my five-night stay. I bought the extras I needed, which I had hoped they would provide. I think they're relying on the fact that the property was next to a Rewe supermarket--which is a great advantage but it felt they were relying on this fact for the guests to purchase things that might be needed. But overall, it was a pleasant stay. I appreciated the free things, such as tea and the bag of potato chips though more stocks of the necessities would be better.
  : They need to anticipate the needs of those staying longer with things like toilet paper, more coffee pods, etc. Again, the supermarket was convenient. I think there were three pods in there. I just had hoped they provided more. I added to their supply for the next person--as well as dishwashing soap and such. They might as well put bathroom cleaning stuff under the sink and such for those staying longer.
