  : The location and facilities are great. I like the fact that they have facilities for people with disabilities
  : I still do mot have an invoice. The staff is very incompetent. They claimed their system was broken and promised to send me my invoice by email. Nothing has come. They are not reachable. The number they have on their website is not working at all. I managed to call through their call center and the lady that answered literally abused me and dropped the phone. She said it was not her business that I had not gotten an invoice. Incredible!

  : The hotel is new -was very clean and very nice. Comfortable seating throughout the lobby. The rooms were good size and had a thermostat in the room, which was nice since we needed to keep the window closed at night due to the highway noise. We liked that it was really close to the tram station and that the tram ran like every 10 min or so. Takes about 15-20 min to get to the main train station. A grocery store was within walking distance which was nice for picking up drinks and snacks.
  : There were very limited restaurant options within walking distance.

  : Clean and has its own parking garage with easy access. Also parking was slightly cheaper compared to other hotels.
  : No balcony but we didn't check if this option was available.

  : Reception: Had to wait for 20 mins because the staff could not process the payment which was quite strange.Room: The room carpet seemed quite worn out. No water or garbage bag was placed in the garbage bin which I suppose needs improvement for a 4* level hotel.Ambience: Seemed a bit chaotic and lots of process to be optimized in terms of day to day operation.
