  : I had an absolutely dreadful experience at this hotel, and what's even more infuriating is that I had made my specific request for a quiet, high-level room many weeks in advance. It was not a last-minute demand. Despite my foresight and clear instructions, they assured me that my request would be accommodated. However, when I arrived, they gave me the lowest possible room, facing the train station, which turned out to be the worst location imaginable. The staff's attitude was nothing short of appalling. When I approached the reception desk to ask a simple question, I was met with the most dismissive and rude response. Instead of addressing my concern, the staff member displayed a complete lack of professionalism and told me, "If you want to leave, just leave, and we won't give you a refund." This kind of customer service is completely unacceptable, especially considering that I had made my room request many weeks in advance. It's one thing to make a mistake with room assignments, but it's another to treat paying guests with such disrespect and hostility. I had been looking forward to this trip, but this experience at the hotel has left me thoroughly disappointed and frustrated. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel if you value your comfort and expect even a modicum of courtesy from the staff.
