  : We were in town for my brothers funeral. The front desk staff was great! Everyone always had a smile on their face and were so very kind to us.
  : The bathroom was dirty, and I mean DIRTY, the toilet had bm on the seat and under the seat. The bathroom sink had brown spots all in it. The pillows had long black hair on them, so we put the pillows on the sofa. The floor in front of the fridge had a big brown wet spot. We told the front desk that the bathroom needed some attention. Housekeeping came the next morning to clean. When housekeeping finished, they left their dirty gloves on the bathroom floor. The sink was still dirty. I went next door and purchased cleaning supplies and cleaned the bathroom myself. The hair was still on the pillows, and the pillows were placed back on the bed and made up with the hairs still on them.
