  : Not happy about a 1 night $50 pet fee that was not disclosed on the Booking.com site. We only found out about that at check-in.

  : Only thing was good the location. Hotel near alot of food and shopping centers and the pool area was good.
  : Omg!! First time in the room we killed a water bug. In my sleep got bite by a bed bug. It woke me up out my sleep it whelp me up bad. Caught the bug in a bag and showed the front desk. They moved us to another room. That shower was nasty and again I got bite by another bed bug in the new room. Reported that as well. The hotel ignored by statements/claims. The manager was no help. After I called corporate and complained. Then corporate kinda played me off too. Only refuned me ONE NIGHT! All that money I paid was a waste. The whole experience was horrible. Never stay again worst experience ever!!

  : Location is great. Rooms could have been cleaner, pillows are awful, and the cleaner they use in the bathroom has a sour smell. Room was nice. Music started playing in the hallway and on the outside speakers starting at 4am, I called front desk thinking it was someone on our floor but in actuality it was the hotels music and it was very loud.

  : The rooms were spacious and clean. Customer service was great! Nice, quiet location.
  : Continental breakfast didn’t have many options for proteins. The stairway to the second floor was outside the main doors and was open to anyone. Would have liked it to be key access.

  : The staff was amazing! We had a softball tournament and they allowed us to swim past 8. We got in late every night but was still able to let our team bond!
  : Everything was good breakfast choice could have been a little better.
