  : The beach was a great time. Pleasure pier was a blast.
  : The rooms were filthy. It took me 4 hours of cleaning to get the smell out. Was not happy at all. There was blood on the shower curtain, garbage at the door when you first walk in. The balcony was so dirty your feet stuck to the floor. Never mind the quarter inch of dust on everything. What kind of vacation is that.

  : This isn’t what we liked, but more about everything that went wrong and what we didn’t like….On the way down to Galveston, we got a message stating that due to unforeseen maintenance, we were being moved from the unit we had booked to a different unit. No link with pics for approval, nothing. I decide to be optimistic and just wait and see. First problem- the elevator is broken. So we have to haul ALL of our stuff to an elevator way down on the other end of the building. Not convenient, but not a deal breaker. Upon arrival at the new unit at about 8PM, the toilet does not flush. We contact the property manager and aye asks me to be sure we are pushing the handle all the way down. Like, who doesn’t know how to flush a toilet?! We were told that the PM doesn’t live on the island but would be there in about 45 minutes to check it out. So we leave for dinner. After we leave, they ask me to leave the key because they don’t have another copy. So we turn around to put the key under the mat (I was not trying to work that lock box again). About an hour later, they call and say that the chain that lifts the plunger inside the toilet came off and they cannot reach it to fix it so the maintenance man is coming to do the repair. Ok fine. Then about 30 minutes later, another call, and this time the maintenance man is on his way to Hone Depot to get a part. At this point. We are waiting out the fix by shopping at Walmart. About 10:30, we get a message through the Booking app saying they cannot fix the toilet and the only other available unit they have has another guest checking in TOMORROW so they can move is to that unit temporarily. So we have NO WORKING TOILET ALL NIGHT. Plumber should be there bright and early the next morning to make the fix. Is this acceptable to ANYONE? Who doesn’t need a toilet all night and first thing in the morning?Other than the toilet issue, the place was WAY outdated. Terrible bathroom. Terrible kitchen.

  : First day elvators did not work and us being 67 couldmt walk 3 flights of stairs. Stayed in different hotel 1st nightFixed next day. They had two elevators and both downOnly one finally worked

  : Well the stove top burner shot sparks and flames in my husbands face, then there were multiple other issues with things broken and there was nothing worse for us to stay in so we stayed in the same room then got told they would only give us 300 refund wouldn’t let me speak to the owner my self and Brandon the Manager doesn’t have a good rep with customer service at all spoke to several people at the location it was freaking horrible , they gave us a free night in another room and said it will take several days for us to receive a refund but wouldn’t even be half of what I paid
