  : Its a large apartment and it was cozy.
  : The pool wasnt open. I picked this partially for the pool.

  : Close to town.
  : mattress are worn, big valley in the middle. Trip hazard on Dine area to kitchen (transition, floors not level), soft spots in dine area. carpet/padding worn. Loft carpet had ripples, if stretched, probably will tear.

  : Location. The living room and kitchen were very clean. Kitchen was stocked with everything you could imagine. Nice screened in porch and balcony.
  : The beds in the downstairs and loft need replacing. You can tell they are very old with huge indentations in the middle of them. We found black mold on the shower curtains in the loft and downstairs bathroom. Vent fans in those bathrooms were broken and the hot & cold water knobs in the downstairs bathroom were switched backwards. The smell in the loft bathroom was horrendous, smelled like urine and the carpet needs replacing. There was a chair in the screened in porch that was broken and the cushions need replacing. Though the location is great, We wont stay at this condo again.
