  : Air conditioning, despite the heat, does not work until June 15. Outside the window, the kitchen chimney passed with a terrible noise, they changed our room and we got a room exactly above the previous room with the same chimney. And finally, we were not informed that an elevator shaft was being installed in the wall next to us with the noise of construction work from 08.15 to 16.30.The staff really didn't try to help.

  : They insist on evening meals being taken inside a very enclosed and stuffy restaurant, They really are missing a trick in terms of not exploiting the outdoor space. The menu is very limited and monotonous and its repeated at lunchtime, we only ate in the restaurant once. There are other exquisite seafood restaurants, which are close by and outdoors.!We did have a Seaview, deluxe room which comes in at 230 a night we were quite astonished to find out that Rooms closer to us that had larger balconies and furniture including sofas and chairs were the same price. We had a spacious room with a Bed and a desk with single chair ! Nothing else Its feels a bit unfair. I would ask for a corner balcony room if I came again ( unlikely) We did tell the hotel, ahead it was our honeymoon, and didnt feel that they made any extra special effort or acknowledged that it was our honeymoon ! The maids need a special mention especially Rowena from the Philippines she was funny, efficient, and also brilliant at her job. ! Easily the best person/member of staff they have! I went to book a massage and it was impossible to get one for an hour for under 90 and they insisted I paid cash. We use the spa facilities which were okay but quite limited and the flooring was damaged and it smelt damp. We did have exclusive use of the spa facilities for an hour but I wouldnt recommend it and we only spent about 15 minutes down there. All in all, its a great location, but I feel they miss a trick not exploiting the beautiful setting that theyve got and upping their game with the menu and updating the restaurant .., so it can compete with other local more modern restaurants with a more varied menu. Lastly there are only x 2 large umbrellas and not by the pool so it is hard for those folk who want to find shade.
